Your customer has the option to negotiate (request extra or upgrades) or they simply except your quote.

You will receive an email notification to review a quote, you can sign in as a guest to view the quote, negotiate the terms or simply accept and make payment to the Payzen App.

  • At acceptance customer pays the app, the job is now active
  • Mark tasks as complete for customer review and release of funds.

The homeowner or customer no longer hold the funds in a personal account, so the business owner will carry out the works agreed upon in the excepted quote with the confidence they will be paid promptly and completely, either in progress of tasks or at total job completion.

Payzen is free to download and there is no monthly subscription required, our fee is added to each quote as a % of the total value of your job.

3. Can I withdraw a active job or quote?

Yes if you have more jobs than you can handle with funds in escrow, you can withdraw and your customers funds will be fully refunded.

4. Do you offer support?

Payzen has 12hr phone and 24/7 email support. Someone will always be available for questions or comments about the software during business hours 6am-6pm.
